With this current situation, I try to be more productive this year. Believe it or not, I haven’t been out from home for more than 3 weeks! My body started to get sick from work and spent all day in front of the laptop to work, watch, read, and blogging …. but I’m used to it because you know, I’m a homebody.
Please stay safe and healthy wherever you are.

So, without further ado, here are the things that you can do at home, small things, but yeah …you can enjoy it~
Clean up your space

You can start from your work/study desk, start from a small place, then slowly clean and tidy up your wardrobe, bed, room, kitchen, and home. You don’t have to do everything at once at a time. You can do it in stages. This morning you cleaned your study desk, then tomorrow clean your wardrobe, and so on. You’re the boss, you set what you want to clean.
Organize file, folders, stationary, phone

Organize files or folders on your laptop to make it look more presentable and easy to find.
Clean up your cellphone gallery, delete unneeded photos (can save memory, and don’t make your phone slow down), organize the photos into the appropriate folder, online backup your files, photos, videos.
Clean up your stationery and your desk so you can feel more comfortable during your work or study time.
Self-care: hair treatment, mask, scrub

This is what I regularly do.
A woman is certainly required to take care of themselves, not only to look beautiful but to maintain their health. I use face masks 3-4 times a week, usually in the morning. The coffee fragrance is my best choice because I love the smell of coffee and it’s natural too.
I also go to the beauty salon twice a month, just to treat my long hair. Even though I diligently wash my hair, but having long hair isn’t easy – geez! I don’t do facial treatments anywhere. My skin kind of sensitive. I only use skincare that matches my skin.
If you can’t go out (during this time), you can buy treatment products in a trusted place and use it at home when you have free time.
Family time
For those of you who previously always worked from 9 to 5 and rarely have time with family, you can use the current situation to chat more often or do small things at home with your loved ones.

I rarely talk to my mother at home, just basic things – I mean I don’t really talk about work problems or something deep about me. But now we even talk about the smallest things, watching TV together, accompanying my mother cooking, and do small things together which we might never done before.
Read books or watch your fave movie
I love reading since I was a child, especially novels, comics, or western magazines. I guess ’till now I have more than 100 novels and comics. Until now I still like reading, sometimes every 3 months I will go to the bookstore to buy some novels, sometimes I just wondering there for 2 hours or more and just buy less than 3 books. I really love the view of the bookstore, which the books are lined up, – everywhere, that vibes make me feel happy.

Every day I also spend my time reading online stories, my favorite is Wattpad. Many things you can get from reading. Your knowledge becomes wider, you can see life from various sides and feel entertained.
Watching dramas and movies are my fave thing to do during my break. My favorite genre is horror, I also watch Chinese and Korean dramas, especially those that have thriller, horror, history plot. I’m not that into romance, actually.
Do your hobby
If you have a hobby – because I know some people don’t have, you can do your hobby to get rid of boredom while at home.

If you like cooking, you can try various kinds of recipes or experiment with new recipes. If you like writing, you can create stories and post them on blogs or online platform and make money from it.
In fact, there are many things you can do at home, only …. if you try to enjoy it 🙂
Youtube

Now many people have turned to YouTube, making cooking videos, telling horror stories, sharing their daily routines, etc. There are many inspirations you can get from youtube. From making crafts, making life more productive, new food recipes, etc. You either can learn from it or create new content then become youtube creator.
Blogging
This is what I always do when I’m done working, I’ll take the time to write on my blog, working on blog’s draft, design, whatever that is.

Writing down what you like, what’s on your mind, helps your brain continue to be trained. Especially helping me to further improve my English skills, because English is not my first language.
Write Story/Article
I think this is the same as writing on a blog, but when writing stories, I do it when I really want to do it or when there are ideas hanging around in my brain.

For those of you who like to write stories, it’s not impossible you can post your stories on platforms like Wattpad, dreame, webnovel, etc. In addition to expressing your ideas, you can get acquainted with writers and readers, exchange ideas, and there can also be publishers who are interested in your story. You can publish your book and earn money on your own.
Exercise
Sitting in front of the laptop for hours always make my body stiff, especially when I don’t stretch or exercise. I often get back pain after taking a nap and I’m also they type a person who is lazy to exercise, even though I’m still young and exercise is very important.

I usually do light exercise at home in the morning, take my dog for a walk for a few minutes, or just running with my dogs. Many people do gym or fitness, but I prefer to do light things. The important thing is that my muscles are not stiff.

Wrapping Up
All of the above is based on the experience that I have done in the past few years.
In fact, there are many things you can do at home during this situation.
Other than study dan work online, you can also clean up your places, spend quality time for yourself and your loved ones, read books that haven’t you read – I have tons of it! Learn to cook from YouTube, make youtube content, crafting, journaling, etc.
